I went to Wendy for reflexology after bereavement left me with lots of physical aches and pains. Wendy was warm and welcoming, very easy to talk to. The Reflexology treatment was very relaxing, the treatment room a haven of tranquility. I had the best night’s sleep I have had in years that night. I have increased my water intake and been stretching my neck and shoulders daily, since receiving Wendy’s observations from my treatment. I’ve already booked my next reflexology session and would highly recommend Wendy. After my second reflexology session, the health anxiety that I have been suffering with since my bereavement has stopped. The pain I was getting in my stomach has also gone. I have been seeing Wendy at Soul Therapy for the Mian Dui facial massage with crystal Gua Sha. With every treatment I can see a difference in my skin which looks lifted, and my jaw line looks firmer. I absolutely love the treatment, it’s both relaxing and hugely beneficial for my skin. The treatment room feels like an oasis of calm and Wendy is so lovely and welcoming. I had a Mian Dui facial with Wendy recently and can’t recommend it enough. It’s completely different to any facial I’ve had before in that the focus is on facial massage. The whole experience was really relaxing and my skin looked great afterwards. I absolutely loved it and will be booking again.
